Thank you for choosing our handcrafted hats! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:

1. Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for ready-to-wear and in-store hats.

2. Eligible Items: Returns are only accepted for ready-to-wear and in-store hats. Custom hat orders are not eligible for return.

3. Condition of Return Items: Returned hats must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Any hats that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return window. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.  Or sign into your account on the website and request a return. 

5. Refund: Once the returned hat is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a hat for a different style or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Return Shipping: To ensure you have an easy experience with your return. All returns are free.  Log into your account to request a return and shipping label.

8. Final Sale Items: Certain hats may be marked as final sale, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these items.
